Capital Project Services

• Owner's Representative — Act as the owner's advocate throughout every stage: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and occupancy.
• Procurement Management — Design and manage RFP processes for architects, engineers, construction managers, and general contractors.
• Construction Oversight — Monitor schedule, budget, quality, and scope on behalf of the owner.
• Funder Reporting & Compliance — Prepare and submit progress reports, draw requests, and compliance documentation for capital funders.
• Project Closeout — Manage substantial completion, occupancy permits, deficiency resolution, and warranty periods.
